Mission and Values

Our mission is to offer our customers products that are at the cutting edge of technology and to offer the highest quality technical support.

At EBM, our corporate values are an integral part of our employees’ everyday work:

  • A continued commitment to colleagues, suppliers and customers of a job well done
  • A sense of responsibility for going above and beyond in problem-solving
  • A personalized service that is quick, courteous and that contributes to the success of our customers
Stand-alone Company and Qualified Technicians

At the forefront in our domain, we have our own inventory of parts that allows us to be autonomous. At the same time, we have managed to reduce the wait time for repair and maintenance services.

Unquestionably, one of the essential qualities in developing a skilled workforce is a high level of training. Our qualified technicians have worked alongside our company full-time for many years and are always available to answer service calls.

Community Involvement

In 2005, EBM’s President Jean-Marc Lanctôt received the City of Saint-Bruno’s Order of Merit for his social and community engagement with Operation Red Nose, Moisson Rive Sud and Moisson Maskoutaine as well as the Maison Victor Gadbois.

He also received the Personality of the Year Award in both 2005 and 2009 from the Saint-Bruno Chamber of Commerce.

He is the director for the Regroupement des gens d’affaires de Saint-Bruno and the Honorary President of the Fondation CLSC des patriotes, Richelieu member of the Maison des jeunes, the Maison l’Escargot and the Centre d’action bénévole of Saint-Bruno.
